Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (from ship date indicated on the Received Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to us for a full refund of the purchase price.

Please always contact our Customer Service Department at before shipping any product back to us. They will provide you with additional information, including the return location in your country and label, necessary to return order and to process credit. We can only accept returns after you have received a definitive answer from our Customer Service Department.

1) Products must have been purchased directly from
We can not accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
2) We cannot accept returns on overly used products. 20% is a guideline for normal use.

Damaged Products or Order errors
In the event that your product arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake in the fulfilment of your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products or re-ship you the correct products. Please contact us right away via email at If you are reporting damage or leaking, kindly include a picture of the damaged product and packaging.
