Unfortunately after two plus weeks the products were not delivered. To make matters significantly worse, DHL said they delivered yesterday. They did not deliver to my address so I would recommend you do an investigation. I would also request a refund since the product was not received. Hopefully once your logistics are sorted out for Canadian customers I can try again. Please advise on the processing of the refund. Thanks.
